Location close to a big shopping mall as well as the cafe. Staff was polite and pleasant, and facilities were good here. A wide array of outstanding food.

The hotel was clean. the pool was good. - the rooms were bright and incredible, complete with a double bed and a window with a view. - We greatly enjoyed the satisfactory breakfast.

Everything was simply good. I enjoyed hotel's very very good breakfasts with multi variation. Spacious room which had clean towels. The service was great, the staff were very pleasant and pretty friendly. Location: the property was close to the food court and shopping center. Café Little Melaka Alamesra located 2 mi away was a nice surprise.

The covered swimming pool is very good and clean among many 5-star hotels.. and room is quite spacious and in good condition

The overall experience of my stay at the Grand Borneo Hotel was a pleasant one with its reasonable rates and the level of service/facilites offered. Housekeeping and hospitality of staffs are excellent and friendly.

The location of the hotel might be out of the way for those who expect to stay close vicinity to places as the hotel is quite in the middle of nowhere except for the 1Borneo Mall attached to it. Buffet breakfast is just average for the price its offering. Swimming pool is nice but the water in the pool is too cold as the pool is covered from the sun.

The hotel staff were very accomodating when i wanted to upgrade my room to the Superior Club. The room was cleaned every day to a very good standard.

The hotel was value for money and is recommended the only downside was the internet connection was very slow. I can hardly complain as it was free internet however it would of been nice to have more download speed.

We had a comfortable stay with a spacious room that had a fridge, big bed, clean bathroom with a functional water heater. The staff was helpful and offered us an upgrade to a grand deluxe room at a reasonable price. The hotel's location is only a short walk away from a shopping complex.
